Thinking of Romania
The first time i went to Romania was in 1993 and last time was 1996 we developed a project in Sintana in the Arad region. We made many friends there and it provided me with a lot of understanding of how different cultures can get on together. This was a big time of change in Romania and much has happened since, I am looking forward to revisiting and seeing the difference - Paul

Participants
Momentum selected two participants that would take the We Build Europe project forward through to completion.
I am Amy, a recent university graduate in Film and Television. My work with Momentum uses my film skills and previous international work to help develop young people and future projects.
Paul - Since the age of 17 I have worked as a trained Youth & Community worker, I professionally qualified in 1992. Since then I have used innovation and technology to push the boundaries in my youth work in order to make projects educational, empowering and inclusive. I set up a successful film training company in 2000 and I am a founding Director of Momentum. My work has allowed me to travel the world and meet some inspirational characters along the way. I am married with two teenage girls and I enjoy reading, motorbikes, running and new gadgets.

What is the Youth In Action Programme
The Youth In Action programme is a programme funded by European Countris and managed by each countries National Agency.
For more information about the Youth in Action Programme in the UK visit : http://www.britishcouncil.org/youthinaction.htm
We are excited that the Youth In Action programme has given us this opportunity to be part of the "We Build Europe" project.
We hope to meet some interested people to develop new international projects with. We believe we can offer a wealth of experience because of our organisations track record of dynamic work with young people.
Our bigges fear is the event will not be very active and be a lot of sitting around talking with no real purpose.
